Although I'm getting fat about 2kg, and trying to reduce back, I still can not resist to have a delicious fat meal tonight.
I got braised food and fried salty chicken with given red wine. This is heaven! (but beer is better I think)
To avoid oily taste, I drank some hot oolong tea which might cut some calories.
And, I plan to work out tomorrow morning to keep my body slim. Hope I will get up to do it....
